Jesus was in constant communion with God, or Father-Mother Source, or Fulcrum, or Interchanging Point of his bodily creation (using many different phrases to describe the Trinity of Knowledge of Idea (cause) and it’s expression (effect) – He was in communion with His own Self, and he utilized prayer as a teaching tool for those who believed in separation from Source.
Q: NC Jesus did pray he even taught others to do the same in the Lord’s prayer! Many times he went to the garden to pray as his disciples observed!
In the gospel he also says’ why do you call me good? Only the Father in heaven is truly good!… But elsewhere he explained I and the Father are one.’ so he differentiated himself as a distinct individual who was not as good or pure as the original father God or I am. However he recognized and said that’ God’s spirit dwells within you …you are the Temple of the living God!’ In other words we are one in spirit and Jesus was one in purpose heart and mind with God.
He even called God the intimate term for Father which was Abba or daddy. So we need to be thinking about ourselves in relationship to God as God’s child. Your child is not the same as you but has many of your genetic characteristics and you share the same ancestral spirit. By choice we may be one with our parents as well.
There are times when illuminance of God are speaking of God’s energy which is the white light of mind that the russells described. I also had that illumination experience. However there is a core or origin of that energy and that is the I am that I am which is transcendent but also intimate. Yes we each have that within us and also in the cosmos.
That is why Saint Paul said most people were awaiting adoption as children of God because they had separated themselves intentionally.
A: DF Jesus was in communion with Himself – God/the Universal One – it was perceived via the senses as if he was speaking to a separate entity aka what has historically been called praying. Communion has always been explained by Avatars in ways the senses can understand and thus Jesus used prayer as a teaching tool along with his statements of Knowledge of unity.
He knew the audience viewed him falsely, as a body – via the sense of motion – and thus when he said ‘why do you call me good; only the Father in Heaven is truly good’ he was referring to Truth vs the sense of illusion. The distinction was between truth and illusion, cause and effect.
Is not a ray of light still light? It is not separate from its source.
Jesus sought, as did the Russells, to assist the audience in transcending the belief in separation. Belief alone is the dividing factor.
What is it that dissolves as Oneness is realized?
Or in Jesus’ case, what is it He was born knowing?
It is belief in separation that dissolves, and Self-Awareness (knowledge of Oneness) Jesus was ‘born’ with – in actuality it is the unconditioned Truth he never forgot. We humans have simply forgotten Who One Is.
This is from the HSC Lesson 40: “Your purpose is to so multiply God awareness in you that your purpose is God’s purpose. As that awareness in you increases you then become Love, which you manifest by giving — and you become Truth and the Law of Balance which YOU CONTROL. When God awareness is complete in you YOU are the Creator of all that is because of your knowing your Oneness with the One.”
How to ‘multiply God awareness within you’?
Recall the Light. Every mirage has flashes of Inner Light shining through the darkness of the belief in separation. ‘Be still and know I am God’
