Rest Point Recovery

Resurrection is not reserved for saints, nor limited to “the end of a life”. It is not something that occurs after death, but something that is eternally present at the rest point of every return of Mind to equilibrium.

Rest in The Trinity of Divine Knowledge and Thinking

Healing is a natural result of rest in the interchanging point wherein balance is wholly known. One with this point, the body is known to be re-centered in the Idea of wholeness.

To heal is to desire balance, to re-align Identity with Divinity, and to realize the body as a reflection of Divinity. This is resurrection.

To the senses, healing may seem like time or process, because it does take “time” and adherence to natural laws in the 3D world for positive change to appear – but in truth, it happens in one eternal instant, when the Light of one’s being turns inward and re-illuminates the pattern of health.

The Master Healer Lives in the Rest Point

The illumined one – Cosmic Man, the Master Healer – does not wait for the future to heal. He knows that all true healing is accomplished in the timeless, still center of the wave. He stands at rest, one with the equilibrium of the idea of creation and its balanced pulse of expression, and thereby commands the body to re-align with the knowledge and thinking of health that is already held in God’s Mind.

Just as Jesus could say, “Thy faith hath made thee whole,” the Master knows that the return to balance is not through application of physical force but through rest in eternal power.

One can begin to live in a continual state of resurrection/renewal now. One need not wait for a crisis, a diagnosis, or a deathbed. Each second of mental Stillness is return to the center in which the whole Self eternally abides, and commands and controls the wave of creation.

A Russellian Approach to Healing through Ecstatic Knowing

Healing is the 360 degree qualitative recognition of how things really are. We cannot correct what the body is reflecting with outer force – but we can radially center the Mind with the equilibrium of Divinity and allow the body to reflect innate balance.

Rest Point Recovery ™️ is a conscious mental refolding of sensation into the still center of one’s being, where there is no belief in separation and no distortion has ever occurred. In the words of Walter Russell:

All motion begins at rest and returns to rest.”

This center of rest where motion begins and ends is not located in the movement of the body or its environment, but in its seed pattern of divine Idea. This is the eternal “you” in equilibrium with God’s ecstatic desire to express His-Her Idea of you. And it is in this divine recall of rest in Source – not reaction to the seeming of unrest – that all healing is realized as ever-present.

Rather than focusing on the unbalanced effects one desires to change, one withdraws attention from sensation (indeed the aim is to release sensation altogether) and gently follows the radial path to the centering fulcrum where balance is already known.

The center of gravity is the Light of the Creator which centers every unit of His creation,” – Walter Russell

This Light is not sensed light, but known Light – the unconditioned stillness that holds the Idea of creation. When we stop resisting the perfect Idea of ourselves, when we stop focusing on sensing that resistance, and we simply abide in the balanced rhythms of that stillness, we rediscover the ecstatic equilibrium that preceded all disturbance.

Healing is not an act of making something happen. It is a return to unity with the Knower of the Seed of Idea – and the rhythmic, balanced interchange of the divine pulse repeating one’s balanced expression.

Every condition one wishes to change is merely a sensed distortion of this rhythm that arises from mental separation from knowledge of unity. The body is not substance, but wave simulation. As such, true health is not achieved through chemistry or mechanics, but through knowing the original idea to extend balance, and allowing the Mind to rest in that extension.

To withdraw the senses we can begin with focus on balanced breath cycles. Balanced breathing is a reflection of the interchange of God’s ecstatic desire to eternally express Idea. Each balanced breath cycle is a microcosmic return to the Creator’s pulse: giving and regiving equally, radiating and gravitating equally, winding and unwinding Idea equally while at rest in perfect stillness.

God’s ecstasy is in the desire to give all of His-Herself to His-Her Creation for equal re-giving.” (Paraphrased from the Russell Cosmogeny)

To breathe with awareness of this eternal cycle of giving All for equal regiving of All is to rejoin it as a conscious participant, no longer seeking escape, but accepting rest.

And in that rest – without effort, intention, or resistance – one remembers what healing actually is. Not a process, but a recognition. Not the fixing of broken parts, but the re-illumination of the perfect Whole and the natural erection of the body that reflects that wholeness.

Ecstasy is the only motion in My house,” wrote God through Walter Russell in The Message of the Divine Iliad.

The wave is a simulation of what the Identity centering Idea knows. The body, being comprised of waves of simulated Idea, will follow what the centered Mind knows, and thinks. As Mind rests in balanced Knowledge and Thinking, that which was reflecting unbalanced idea has dissolved.

In this way, RPR is not a technique at all. It is the reunion with and resurrection of one’s true nature as ecstatically balanced Idea expressing itself – a rejoining of the rhythmic interchange from unmanifest Self to manifest Self and back to unmanifest Self for re-expression from which no healthy state is ever separate. It is not an experience in the realm of sensing, but a knowing in the realm of Source. The more one returns Identity to this center, the more the simulation of the body aligns with and reflects the perfection of its Idea in Source.
