When the original truth is inverted – when life-offerings become blood sacrifices, when feminine wisdom is blamed, and when violence is institutionalized in worship – something profound shifts in humanity. The consequences ripple through the eons, leaving deep imbalances across spiritual, mental, and physical dimensions.
Spiritual Blindness and Moral Desensitization
The acceptance of animal sacrifice as Divine Will numbs the human conscience. Rather than cultivating compassion, empathy, and reverence for all life, religions train people to see suffering as holy. When blood is made sacred, violence is normalized. Over time, this spiritual dissonance gives rise to doctrines that justify war, cruelty, slavery, and even genocide – often in the name of God.
What was once sacred harmony with life is replaced with fear-based obedience and punishment – a shift from the Principle of Love (giving for regiving) to jungle law (survival of the fittest) from unity to hierarchy.
Physical Degeneration and Disease
Many traditions that warned against meat-eating – like the Essenes and Jains – also understood its link to physical deterioration. Modern science increasingly supports this:
High-meat diets are associated with inflammation, heart disease, cancer, and calcification of tissues – including the pineal gland, a center of intuition and spiritual perception. Folks like Dr. D.C. Jarvis observed that excessive meat consumption leads to guanidine toxicity and mineral imbalances that harden bones, teeth, and glands – creating the “body of clay” rather than the “body of light.”
In short: when humans began to eat death, they began to embody it.
Mental Imbalance and Emotional Disconnection
The consumption of violence – whether through literal flesh or inherited myth – has psychological consequences. Repressed grief, moral dissonance, and trauma become part of the psyche. Carl Jung noted that repression of truth leads to projection, shadow, and inner division.
The original harmony between mind, body, and soul becomes fragmented. The mystic’s alignment with ahimsa is replaced by external authority, self-judgment, and dependency.
Systemic Exploitation: Animals, Women, Earth
The same inversion that justifies killing animals for “God” also fuels the subjugation of women (as spiritual inferiors) and the extraction from Earth (as inert resource). All three – animal, woman, planet – become “others” to be managed, consumed, exploited or corrected.
The original Idea of manifesting balance becomes a world of domination and decay.
Reclaiming the Edenic Vision
To restore harmony, we must cease the inversion, face our own actions and reclaim our sanity via:
Reverence for all life as sacred.
Plant-based offerings as acts of devotion, not denial.
Compassion and kindness as spiritual practices, not just sentiments.
Inner sovereignty over inherited dogma.
The journey to Eden begins not with blood, but with a fruit – a symbol of life freely given.
Returning to the Garden: Transforming the Body into a Temple of Light
The Edenic diet is not punishment, limitation, or lack – it is alignment with Love, a conscious communion with Life. It is a physical, mental, and spiritual expression of Love. Returning to this way of being – through a plant-based path – restores the original purpose of the human body: to be a temple, not a tomb.
Food as Frequency, Not Flesh
Plants carry solar light, stored in chlorophyll, color, fragrance, and vibration. When we consume plant foods – especially those grown in harmony with the Earth – we ingest photonic energy that enhances cellular communication, energizes mitochondria, and lifts the body’s frequency.
In contrast, flesh foods carry the energetic memory of fear, suffering, and decay. These lower vibrational imprints cloud the subtle systems of the body and dull the senses – especially the intuitive ones.
The Pineal Gland: From Calcification to Illumination
The pineal gland – often called the “seat of the soul” – is a light-sensitive organ that governs melatonin production, circadian rhythm, and potentially even spiritual vision. Excessive consumption of flesh, fluoride, and processed foods has been associated with calcification of this gland – hardening what was meant to radiate.
By returning to a clean, plant-based diet, the pineal gland becomes decalcified, restored, and receptive to divine impression. It becomes what it was always meant to be: a bridge between the seen and unseen.
The Nervous System as a Conductor of Peace
Meat consumption has been linked to increased cortisol, inflammatory markers, and heightened sympathetic (fight-or-flight) activity.
A plant-based Edenic diet calms the nervous system, enhances parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) tone, and fosters internal stillness. This creates the conditions for meditative states, heart coherence, and spiritual receptivity.
The body becomes a conductor of peace, not chaos.
The Heart: Returning to Love
When we eat in harmony with Love, our bodies begin to reflect it. The bloodstream purifies, the heart lightens, and emotions like guilt, grief, and fear begin to clear. We no longer carry the energetic debt of killing. We become what we consume: life-giving, not life-taking.
This shift is deeply spiritual. It’s not about moral superiority or dietary perfection – it’s about the reunion of soul and body in service to God.
“Ye are the Light of the World”
The human body was never meant to be a grave for suffering.
It was meant to be a light-body, expressing the Creator in form.
When we align with God’s natural blueprint – one of peace, compassion, and plant-based sustenance – we awaken latent faculties, cleanse the temple, and allow the Divine to be expressed in form.
Returning to the original Idea of manifesting plant-based Eden is not regression – it’s resurrection.
