There comes a point when mystical insight becomes scientific clarity – not because imagination filled in the blanks, but because the law itself becomes lived. After the State in the fire and the resurrection of my body on Earth and the subsequent immersing in Walter Russell’s cosmology, I’ve come to see the State and resurrection not as miracles – but as mechanics: a two-way wave process of simulated motion, stillness, and rebirth that is mitigated by desire and surrender.

The Wave Mechanics of Return
Walter Russell describes the universe as a compression-expansion pump – powered by the Thought of rhythmic waves that interchange between two phases of time:
Power-Time (Generative)
The inward motion of the wave (gravitation)
Accumulates energy into form and potential
Characterized by decelerated rotation, increased mass, contraction
Associated with charging, solidity, and generation
Speed-Time (Radiative)
The outward motion of the wave (radiation)
Dissipates energy, expands form into tenuity
Characterized by accelerated rotation, decreased mass, expansion
Associated with discharging, decay, and dissolution
Power-time and speed-time are two electric expressions of wave motion, continually interchanging to maintain universal balance.
“This continuous exchange is a two-way flow, where power-time conquers speed-time by absorbing its speed, and speed-time conquers power-time by dissipating its power.” – Walter Russell
But what commands this interchange? What governs the direction of the wave?
Magnetic Light: The Stillness That Commands the Wave
This is where Russell’s most critical clarification comes in.
While electricity is the builder of form – both in its gravitative and radiative phases – it is not the cause. It is the effect.
The cause is the Creative Thought of the Magnetic Light – the still, eternal, invisible Light of God.
“Electricity is the divider of the undivided Light. Magnetism is the controller of that division. – The Secret of Light
Russell originally attributed radiation to magnetism, but he later corrected this: both halves of the wave (generative and degenerative) are of the office’s of electricity. Magnetic Light is the fulcrum – the centering Mind that commands motion.
So when we speak of commanding and controlling speed-time and power-time, we are speaking of becoming One with the magnetic fulcrum.
This is the core principle of conscious resurrection.
Surrender as the Switch
Surrender is not weakness. In Russell’s cosmogeny, surrender is the voluntary collapse of identity projected to speed-time – a return of the Mind seemingly divided by the illusion of one half of electric motion back to the still magnetic axis where both poles are in equilibrium.
It is the withdrawal of the senses and the yielding of sense-based will to the Universal One.

But that death is not destruction – it is the re-seeding of form. What decay accomplishes through long unwinding, surrender achieves in an instant – by returning the borrowed energy to Source for re-expression.
In this, resurrection becomes a matter of law, not luck.
Analogies of Resurrection
Caterpillar to Butterfly: The chrysalis collapses the outer form and reforms the inner pattern.
Switching Channels: Surrender is the remote. Soul desire selects the new station.
Breath: Out (speed-time), in (power-time), pause (magnetic stillness).
Clock Wheels: The big, slow wheel (power-time) winds up the clock; the small, fast one (speed-time) unwinds it.
Two Paths: Planting or Raising Balanced Suns
In my post Planting Perfect Suns, I essentially write for those ready to ascend from the Earth to a primary Light Being that functions as Allness. These souls, like the ancient initiates of Amenti, have fulfilled karma yoga and now move as Suns of Light Following the Way.
In contrast, Raising Carbon Suns speaks to those remaining in resurrecting roles on Earth – who serve by radiating God’s knowing through the flesh. These, who include All in the Light of Love and understand the order of The Way, are the builders of a new Earth.
Both paths are seeded in resurrection.

The Halls of Amenti: Resurrection Technology
Thoth tells us the Halls of Amenti were not tombs – they were chambers of refolding. Those who had mastered the wave could surrender the body at will, entering magnetic stillness consciously and re-emerging through new desire and knowing command of the wave to fulfill it.
The sarcophagus in these halls was not a coffin – it was akin to a chrysalis. A place to collapse speed-time and seed new form through the magnetic center.
It was not death. It was transformation.
Suns of Light Following the Way

Every decision is a resurrection.
Resurrection is not a single event – but the unfolding of every choice. Cosmic Man is conscious of his-her choices.
“The transcendent human of the coming Cosmic Age is he who has become fully aware of the illusion of matter and motion, and can thus unbind himself from the effects of matter and motion to dwell only in their SOURCE as co-Creator of the illusion, knowing it for what it is.” (Lao Russell)
When unconscious, we repeat forms blindly. But when conscious, we can choose to collapse the wave, return it to the fulcrum, and re-seed it – at will. We become the cause of form, not its effect. Every decision made with Love is a step on the stairway to traversing the Heavens as Light, and its effect is putting to rest the old and erecting the new.
In this, Christ, Thoth, and the future cosmic men of the human race are not myths – but demonstrations of law.
