Expressing the Idea of Motion

You know the little cars we have as kids that you put down on the floor and pull back, let go and they shoot forward?

Imagine yourself as a child doing the motion of pulling back to push forward with a little toy car. Over and over you pull it back to push it forward over various terrain in the house. Some hills are too much for the little car and it goes halfway up only to roll backwards so you adjust the conditions to suit. Flat terrains without obstacles allow the car to unleash its full potential. Obstacles in the way force a restart.

Now apply this pull/back push/ forward motion to your breathing. Look at how a deep breath in is just like the pulling back motion you provide for the car and the breathing out is the release powered by the pulling in that moves you forward. See how the pull to push, push to pull is an endless cycle of breath in and out and how intentional measurement or quantification of the draw mitigates the amount of energy that is unleashed.

Look at how the sunrise powers the pulling in of all of Nature and the sunset is the end of the push forward that cycles back to the new day and how it is all perfectly measured, perfectly balanced to suit the divine purpose back of nature’s expression.

Look at how you are one with the interchanging point of the creative intent to power the little car that traverses your childhood home.

Look at how you are one with the creative intent to power your body that traverses the Earth.

Look at how you are one with your divine purpose to express the idea of motion, and the universal breathing cycle you designed to unfold it.
