I’m sitting inside a subway restaurant. It’s too smokey outside to sit at a picnic table and keep my N95 mask that I walked here in off while I write this post.
Every creating thing desires to fulfill its measure of desire for the concentrative pulse beat (the ‘life’ half of the continuum), so why is that desire often cut short? Everyone desires a full in-breath to the lungs before desiring to exhale. Let us put forth the simple reason that the decentrative beat is forced to come early.
Wildfires (each time I look out the window I can’t help but see the red/orange sun cloaked in smoke), floods (two years ago, my town in BC Canada was cut off from the rest of the world for several days due to flooding), extreme drought, melting of the ice sheets… drastic climate change – in a nutshell – is upon us. ‘It’s so spooky looking’ comments the restaurant clerk as she gazes, in bewildered awe, out the window while she is between customers. Historically, this sped-up switching of the Earth’s poles in order to rejuvenate a dying planet has been called ‘end times’.
The end of what? That has always been the debate. From a religious context, we could say it’s the end of sin and the rising of ‘the meek who shall inherit the Earth’. But, what is sin? And what will be there be to inherit? And how do we define ‘who’ gets to inherit it?
From a Universal Law perspective, sin is simply violation of natural laws through the expression of imbalance, bringing about unwanted, unnatural responses in Nature. The unwanted responses of drastic climate change are the consequences of violating natural law. It is rather simply explained by Walter Russell – ‘for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, in reverse’. For every part of the planet we kill, we experience our part in reverse, by dying before our measure of desire for life has been fulfilled. Most of us have no idea that the measure of desire for life is being cut short because we are facing the consequences of our own actions. Many believe, within a religious context, that some will be spared these consequences due to their beliefs. And yet, they are ignorant of the natural laws they violate, and how those actions must come to an end for the balance of ‘Heaven on Earth’ to manifest. To inherit the Earth and fulfill one’s measure of desire to express Life on it, one must express the Universal Law of Love by extending life, not death.
Why is climate change expedited to a tipping point that cannot be ignored? Why do young people die? Why does disease occur and do disorders arises?
A customer is ordering. He comments to the clerk, “I wonder if a rich person had houses in Maui and Kelowna. He’d be hit by a double whammy!” He laughs. Kelowna, BC and the island of Maui have both recently experienced mass destruction from wildfires. He orders extra bacon on his sandwich, then comments about a record broken when a contestant eats ‘108 slices of bacon’. He laughs again. “I could do that!!” He exclaims gleefully as he pays for his sandwich. Simultaneously, “Keep on rockin’ in the free world” by Neil Young plays on the radio. I am struck by the irony of what my senses are conveying and what I know. I quell the urge to speak as 108 slices of bacon man leaves the restaurant.
“Rhythmic, Balanced, Interchange” (Walter Russell) between pairs of opposing spirals appears/disappears/reappears the Idea of Creation.
The decencentrated base of each pair of the pyramids/cones of perception becomes their doubly charged concentrated apex, and that apex is divided to become the bases to become multiplied again as the apex. This interchange between division and multiplication is eternal, and yet there can be a measure of desire for concentration/appearance cut short by the introduction of imbalance. The ‘introduction of imbalance’ is the simplest definition of ‘sin’.
Another customer walks in. She asks the clerk which fires are causing the smoke in our area. She orders a beef-steak submarine sandwich and she and the clerk banter over the different wildfires occurring here in British Columbia. She is pleasant, but like bacon-man, wholly ignorant of the real reasons for the numerous and out of control wildfires and the spooky smoke that accompanies them. If she knew the sandwich she is eating for breakfast is on the list of ‘sins’ – aka universal law violations contributing to the imbalance of these end times – she’d end that violation willingly, and inherit the ability to manifest balance on Earth, now.
Keep on Rockin’ in the Free World lyrics:
There’s colors on the street
Red, white and blue
People shufflin’ their feet
People sleepin’ in their shoes
But there’s a warnin’ sign on the road ahead
There’s a lot of people sayin’ we’d be better off dead
Don’t feel like Satan, but I am to them
So I try to forget it any way I can
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
I see a woman in the night
With a baby in her hand
There’s an old street light (near a garbage can)
Near a garbage can (near a garbage can)
And now she put the kid away and she’s gone to get a hit
She hates her life and what she’s done to it
There’s one more kid that’ll never go to school
Never get to fall in love, never get to be cool
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
We got a thousand points of light
For the homeless man
We got a kinder, gentler machine gun hand
We got department stores and toilet paper
Got Styrofoam boxes for the ozone layer
Got a man of the people, says keep hope alive
Got fuel to burn, got roads to drive
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
Keep on rockin’ in the free world
