Q & A on sleep and the Absolute

Q: Does sleep really re-join us with the Absolute, or are you saying that more in a non-literal way, in that it gives us rest from the ego?

A: Thank-you. Sleep gives rests from the demands of the ego to capitalize on projections. Total forgetting of the universe is Absolute; the Absolute state has not “gone anywhere” and does not require “re-joining”, but the surrender to God of all that is of ego  :).

Sleeping of the senses plays a 50% part of the seeming division of the Absolute Zero Point of Stillness that produces the illusion of God’s Cosmic Play with life seemingly going in and out of motion. Sleep time or “depolarization” of the senses is the balancing half of wake time or “polarization” of the senses – without sleeping to void waking, there is no simulation of the balanced, undivided Quality of Life or Reality Known in Heaven, or as the Absolute state, or as the Zero Point of Stillness.

Reality can never be “unjoined” by way of a projection, yet the literal is believed to be real, and so literally speaking, sleep does gives one rest from the ego’s ongoing demand to pay attention to the polarized senses – the ego demands this in order to keep one receptive to “collecting” ideas it has projected from the depolarized state. Ego dictates that guilt be the response to letting ideas go.

To wholly surrender to sleep vs worry about the next day to collect on projections is to let go and let God as the saying goes – God’s only form on Earth is bliss – sleep is a form of bliss because it doesn’t involve ol’ suffering Eeyore. Meditation also provides a form of God’s bliss.

With acceptance of the Atonement, one doesn’t object to returning to the Memory of God and so one is “pre-emptively ok” with letting the senses go altogether in the process. Letting go involves letting go of both “halves” of the whole simulation, which includes the senses in their polarized (conscious) and depolarized (unconscious) states.

Relaxing into sleep without question (accepting the answer to the day as being the blessed depolarization of the senses is like accepting the naturally timed death of the body as being the blessed return to the non-literal Answer that is Absolute) vs projection of the mind into the next day is a form of letting go; one is only responsible for accepting the Atonement. God always takes the next step.

The Absolute state of Awareness is essentially Guiltlessness Known as Perfect Love. The Absolute is rarely described because the ego cannot perceive it  – yet, it is Always one’s only Reality. The simulation of Reality that appears as God’s Cosmic Play can never be made Real. One seems to rest in God’s form of bliss for half of God’s Play, and yet one is at Rest in the Absolute Truth Always.

Hi. You said that “Relaxing into sleep without question (accepting the answer to the day as being the blessed depolarization of the senses is like accepting the naturally timed death of the body as being the blessed return to the non-literal Answer that is Absolute”…

After the death of the body are we done for good with being in a body? Or is reincarnation what happens?

Hi, I also have another question…

You say that we are God’s Creation… How can we both Eternal and a Creation? Is not all the eternal God and nothing else? What makes us different from God to be called His Creation?

    Thank you.

Our own ideas are different than God’s. God’s Idea, which is only Perfect Love, is what we are for eternity at the level of Creation. Our own ideas appear quite different and they are temporary.

I have never really enjoyed sleep. I prefer to need as little of it as possible. In fact one of the things I look forward to in being Spirit is the lack of need to sleep! Is this ‘balance’ need dependent on the person?
